Will this item fit my car?

If you are not sure, whether a certain item would fit your car - please contact us through any of the contact forms you can find on the product page or the site contact info.

Our specialized product managers will be glad to assist and help you find what you need. (Answer time is within 1 working day). If you already paid for your order and the part will not fit your vehicle, we will issue you an instant refund.

HOW I CAN RETURN AN ITEM?

Buyer has 14 calendar days to return an item from the date he has received it.

To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition that buyer received it.

Item must be in the original packing (factory sealing should not be damaged).

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Why can't I choose the delivery method?

In the event that our system is unable to automatically calculate the shipping costs for your order based on its total dimensions and weight, there's no need to worry! Our dedicated team of managers closely monitors such situations and will promptly reach out to you.

Rest assured that we will swiftly calculate the shipping costs, taking into account your specific requirements, and update the order status to "Awaiting payment." Typically, this process is completed within one working day, ensuring minimal delay in finalizing your order.

When will I get my order?

The delivery timeframe varies depending on the status of each item within your order:

  • "In stock, Ready to ship": This indicates that your item is readily available for shipping and will typically be processed and dispatched within approximately 24 hours.
  • "In stock, Handling time: X working days": With this status, your order will progress through the final shipping stages within the specified timeframe, as indicated by the handling time.
  • "Vendor order, Handling time X working days" For items designated as special orders, they carry a unique status within our system. This status does not assure the local availability of the items, and in some cases, we may need to procure them from our trusted partners. As a result, certain items may experience an extended handling time. However, please be assured that our managers meticulously oversee such orders with heightened attention to detail. Should you have any questions or require further clarification, our team is readily available to assist you. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority.
  • Please note that all orders commence handling following confirmation of payment.

    Where do you ship the items from?

    All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Riga, Latvia. Please note that our warehouse does not offer local pickups, and all items from our extensive assortment are exclusively available for purchase online.
