Returns: 
We recognize that packages may occasionally sustain damage during transit, which is why we're delighted to extend our Return and Refund policy to you. Prior approval from our team is required for all returns before you proceed to ship any item back to us. We will grant authorization for your return request if you contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving the package. Regrettably, return requests received beyond 14 days of receiving the item cannot be authorized. To qualify for a return, your item must be in unused, pristine condition and include all original materials (if provided). Additionally, your item must be returned in its original packaging, and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
